Use UV camera for pre-maintenance and detection of power equipment
With the continuous expansion of the power grid scale of the power system and the continuous improvement of the power load requirements, the damage and failure of various types of high-voltage equipment used in the power system has also increased, and the corresponding requirements for preventive maintenance have also been increased.Ultraviolet imaging can realize forward-looking and pre-maintenance inspection of substations, converter stations, transmission and distribution lines, railways, generators, transformers, switching equipment and other scenarios.font-spacing: 0px; background: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: font-size: 18px;">I. Working principle
Working principle
In using ultraviolet detection, since the corona discharge spectrum is mainly distributed in the ultraviolet region, ultraviolet imaging technology can be used to detect corona discharge phenomenon, and the sun-blind ultraviolet band is detected.Since ultraviolet light in the 240~280 nm band in solar radiation can be completely absorbed by ozone in the atmosphere, the use of the sun-blind ultraviolet band to detect corona helps to improve the accuracy of the detection.

Application prospect
Currently, the main corona discharge detection on transmission lines are: manual patrol detection, pulse current detection, infrared detection, ultrasonic corona detection and ultraviolet detection.Because the target of corona discharge is small and the signal is weak, and many transmission lines are set up outdoors with poor natural conditions, manual patrol and inspection are not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also have poor detection effect; pulse current detection is not very suitable for ultra-high voltage detection, and the instrument is large in size; infrared detection is greatly affected by sunlight, has a high error detection rate and slow response speed. When infrared detection is detected, the lines are often heated, which is a later detection and cannot meet the current requirements of power transmission and transformation; ultrasonic corona detection is also difficult to achieve ideal results outdoors.
Ultraviolet camera developed by Yunyi Technology can detect corona discharge and surface partial discharge characteristics of power equipment, as well as external insulation state and degree of filth, and form an effective complement to the commonly used infrared imaging detection technology.
